Job Description Senior Software Systems Engineering – DEVOPS We offer an opportunity to join Sabre Technology and Operations team . Our team is responsible for operational support for TPNR system which is core of Sabre. It’s our responsibility to make sure our systems are: Reliable, Available, Scalable, Visible, Standard, Secure and Operable. We play crucial role in Sabre’s systems stability, which is the key to increase customers satisfaction level that helps our company being successful. Are you ready for the challenge? What we do? Work with development teams to analyze, evaluate and design alternatives and to implement process improvements Analyze, troubleshoot, debug and assist in problem solving in both development and production environments Make systems more robust - monitor and tune the systems to achieve optimum performance Develop and maintain tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release including installation/packaging/deployment scripts, environment configuration scripts Oversee new App server deployment, server refreshes and decommissions Support for release and deployment of application across multiple platforms from development to production Job Requirements Essentials: Managing Unix/Linux system Good knowledge of scripting languages – Perl, Python, Shell scripting etc. Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Java applications Familiarity with Monitoring and Alerting tools ( good understanding of App Dynamics is a plus) Solid troubleshooting skills Experience with ansible, ELK and cloud technologies (OpenShift is a plus) Good written and verbal communication skills in English language Nice to have skills/experience: Understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.) Working experience with AWS/Azure cloud Knowledge of tools like Maven, Jenkins and user/admin experience in GIT/SVN Experience with complex, high-availability systems, and Capacity Planning and Change Management Experience with Runbooks SQL Query Skills – basic Oracle or MYSQL WHY IS WORTH WORKING WITH US profit from our VIP medical package with free travel insurance and dental care, sport medicine, life insurance and Benefit System (Multisport) explore new technologies at our Innovation Lab (3D printer, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality equipment, Robot construction kit, Internet of Things devices, Access to quantum computer via IBM Cloud) lift your qualifications through wide range of trainings and get technical certification reimbursement no dress code, flexible working time and get additional day off recommend your friends and get a very attractive referral bonus use your car or bike to get to the office - free of charge parking lot for employees We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
